Rick Hughes regularly advises clients regarding workplace issues. He has performed, overseen, or advised on numerous workplace investigations. He has been chief labor negotiator for several Collective Bargaining Agreements. He was the founding co-chair of a productive labor-management committee. Rick established and supervised the Human Resources function for a public utility, advising on a wide array of workplace issues, writing and updating workplace policies, and negotiating numerous successful outcomes to sensitive workplace issues.
