He has been chief labor negotiator for several Collective Bargaining Agreements. He was the founding co-chair of a productive labor-management committee. He has also served as de facto Human Resources Director for a public utility, advising on a wide array of workplace issues, writing and updating workplace policies, and negotiating numerous successful outcomes to sensitive workplace issues.
