Richard L. Hughes practices labor and employment lawMr. Hughes has been chief labor negotiator for several Collective Bargaining Agreements, having implemented a collaborative bargaining approach successfully, as opposed to the traditional positional approach. He was the founding co-chair of a productive labor-management committee. He has also served as de facto Human Resources Director for a public utility, advising on a wide array of workplace issues, writing and updating workplace policies, and negotiating numerous successful outcomes to sensitive workplace issues. Richard L. Hughes’ knowledge and experience includes:

  • Workplace Investigations and preparation of written reports
  • Negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Workplace Discrimination (including Title 7 and State Human Rights Act)
