Richard L. Hughes tried his first case in 1988. Since then he has handled hundreds of civil litigation cases. He has arbitrated dozens of cases representing various clients. He has also served as an arbitrator for various Superior Courts and private arbitration panels. He strongly believes that when the prospect of litigation occurs, parties should explore less expensive alternatives to resolve such disputes.
